Lithology and Thickness
Upper unit is 5.0 m of Light gray, greenish-brown clays interbedded with fine- and medium-grained quartz sands. Lower unit is 36.2 m of Light greenish-gray, brownish-gray gypsiferous clays, with dark red layers at the top containing rare light gray siltstone interbeds, locally interbedded with reddish medium-grained sands and sandstone lenses. At the base, medium-grained quartz sands with admixtures of pebbles and chert concretions.
